We look forward to welcoming you to our home; high quality accommodation in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, combining style with thoughtful homely touches that ensure you will have an enjoyable visit. Graythwaite is our family home; you will be made to feel very welcome by everyone you meet. A quiet location in a green & leafy residential district amidst a host of interesting buildings and tree lined avenues that form part of a conservation area on the edge of Newcastle town centre. A magnificent Victorian Villa built in 1893 that has been lovingly restored by the current owners John & Hazel Cooke. As a family run guest house Graythwaite is a home from home, and whether it is business or pleasure that brings you to the Potteries and Newcastle we will do our best to make your stay pleasant, comfortable and memorable. From our comfortable beds with crisp cotton sheets and soft, fluffy towels to our generous award winning breakfasts we know your stay will be memorable. Over 70% of our business is from repeat visits or personal recommendations: our visitors’ book is a testimony for our quality and their appreciation.
