We have a great passion for food, hence our award winning breakfast which has earned us an enviable reputation. All our ingredients are sourced locally including our local Farmers Market, and are organic whenever possible. Specialities include a variety of fruit compotes and home made yoghurt, in addition to cereals and fresh fruit juice. Free range eggs accompany Staffordshire bacon and sausage and you simply cannot leave without trying our local delicacy the Staffordshire Oatcake particularly delicious with our local cheeses. A variety of breakfast, herbal and fruit teas are available as well as cafetiere coffee and decaffeinated options, plus hot chocolate. There is plenty of scope on our breakfast menu for vegetarians and vegans. Special diets can be catered for.
