Travelling by car

From M6
Leave at Junction 15 signposted Newcastle under Lyme, take A500 and leave at the first junction signpost Newcastle under Lyme A34. Pick up the A34 northbound, travel approximately three miles past a large Tesco supermarket on your left and then the University Hospital complex on your right. Take the next right turn after the turning into the hospital, (there is a right hand lane for turning). This will take you into a road called The Avenue and will be signposted ‘Newcastle under Lyme School.' Go up the hill and Lancaster Road is the third turning on the left. We are at the far end of this road on the right hand side. The entrance to the car park is at the side of the house.
From A50
After passing Britannia Stadium on your right hand side get into the left hand lane signposted A500 (A34) Follow though to join the A500 and leave almost immediately on the first exit signposted Newcastle under Lyme A34. Take the third exit off the roundabout to pick up the A34 northbound, travel approximately three miles past a large Tesco supermarket on your left and then the University Hospital complex on your right. From A34 North
The centre of Newcastle under Lyme is navigated by a series of roundabouts circling the town centre; keep on the A34 following signs to Stone & Stafford. Look out for the ‘last' roundabout, identified by the following landmarks a new development of modern apartments called No 1 London Road, located on this roundabout and a rather ‘Gothic' looking church. Taking the third exit from the roundabout the church will be on your left this is London Road A34. Continue along for approximately a mile, at the first set of traffic lights (this is after the pedestrian crossing) turn left into The Avenue, go up the hill and Lancaster Road is the third turning on the left. We are at the far end of this road on the right hand side. The entrance to the car park is at the side of the house.
Travelling by train
Nearest rail station is Stoke on Trent approximately 3 miles away. Take either a taxi from outside the station or take No 29 bus to Keele University, from across the road directly outside the station. This bus travels via Newcastle bus station. Directions to walk to the Guest House from the bus station.
Travelling by bus/coach
The main National Express coach station is in Hanley (Stoke on Trent) about three miles away. From there you can either get one of the many buses to Newcastle bus station (see directions above) or alternatively take a taxi. Just a few National Express coaches stop in Newcastle so it is worth checking if yours does, as we are closer to Newcastle bus station.
