Bedrooms
All our bedrooms are individually designed and decorated with high quality furnishings and incorporate the finishing touches you might expect in a luxury hotel. Comfortable beds with crisp cotton sheets and duvets (or blankets if you prefer). Our modern bathrooms are finished to a high standard and include toliletries and soft fluffy towels.

All bedrooms have colour TV, dvd players, hairdryers, radio alarm clocks, and of course tea/coffee making facilities and many other extras to enhance your stay. High speed internet access is available in all rooms for a small additional charge. The heating in all rooms is individually controlled, extra bedding or fans are available according to the time of year. There is a library of dvd's for guests use. A mini fridge is also available.

We have three large and luxurious en suite rooms, which offer comfortable accommodation with a degree of flexibility; double, twin or family accommodation located on both the first and second floor. These rooms are also available for single occupancy.

Located on the second floor, in a separate wing of the house we also have three standard single rooms, all with wash hand basins, mirrors & shaver points, with shared bathroom facilities. (There are two bathrooms shared by the three rooms, the bathrooms are both close by). Furnished and decorated to the same high standard as the en suite rooms, they offer excellent value for money. They are very suitable and popular with guests wanting longer term accommodation whilst working or studying in the area and also guests on a budget looking for good accommodation at a reasonable price.

Children are most welcome, we have family rooms available and extra beds including a cot can be provided in these rooms. In addition to the TV and dvd player there are books and games in all our family rooms.

If you are in the area on business we can provide rooms with space for work or study. All our rooms have excellent facilities including high speed broadband internet access. We can also provide fax facilities.

Dining Room
The dining room has grand original features but is warm and welcoming providing an atmosphere conducive to enjoying good food and conversation.

Dramatic paint colours and fabrics provide a contemporary backdrop to the more traditional features of the room. Breakfast is served in house party style around both the oak refectory table and traditional yew table.

On offer is an outstanding full breakfast or a wide choice of alternatives for those with smaller appetites or special diets. The Graythwaite are proud winners of the ‘Best Breakfast in Staffordshire' Whilst your breakfast is being prepared you can peruse some of the many golf artefacts collected by John or catch up on the daily news.

Guest Lounge
This warm and welcoming room with it's polished oak floor, comfortable leather chairs; sunny aspect in summer and cosy log fires in the winter is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy a complementary drink from the Drinks tray whilst watching a film, reading, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. Games, books and films are available for your use.

Our aim is simple: to be the best home from home you ever had. Our style is relaxed but eager to please. We aren't like the big formal hotel with lists of do's and don'ts, because we think our guests are grown ups who have probably decided how to live their lives by now.
