Booking Terms & Conditions To make a booking we require a minimum deposit of £10.00 per room, per night, (cheques payable to Graythwaite Guest House) or reservations will be held on provision of credit/debit card details. Payment can be made by cash, cheque (with bankers card) credit/debit card.(We can accept payment in Euros or travellers cheques but may have to pass on any commission charges). When you are making a booking either on the telephone, in writing or by email you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel the booking you will be liable for any cancellations charges we may have to make. In the event of a cancellation the deposit will be refunded if the room can be re let. All efforts will be made in all circumstances to re let the room. Please note that to meet the wishes of the majority of our guests Graythwaite is a non-smoking establishment. At the time of booking a mutually convenient check in time will be agreed. If your arrival is likely to change from this please let us know. Our preference is for you to check in between 4 – 7 pm but arrangements can be made for other times. Check out time is 10.30am.
